At iDventure GmbH, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We strive to ensure that every customer is fully pleased with their purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our Refund and Return Policy below for details on how to return or exchange your item.
Return Window and Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products, provided the following conditions are met:
• Items must be new, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
• Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration.
• Customers must contact us at shop@idventureshop.com before sending back any product to obtain return authorization and instructions.
Additional Information for Customers in the United Kingdom
If you are a customer located in the United Kingdom, this section applies in addition to our general Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
You have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days after the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason.
To cancel your order, please contact us at shop@idventureshop.com and include your order number.
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you must send the goods back within 14 days.
UK customers must contact us at shop@idventureshop.com before sending back any product. We will provide the correct return instructions and return address for your order.
You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. We may reduce the refund if the product has been handled more than necessary and this has reduced its value.
We will refund the price you paid for the product and the cost of standard delivery, if standard delivery was paid by you. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we will only refund the amount of our standard delivery option.
We will process your refund within 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or after you provide proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
If the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, this does not affect your legal rights to a refund, replacement, or repair.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will promptly arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund, depending on your preference.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Refund Process
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund approval.
If approved:
• Your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
For UK customers, refunds will be processed within the timeframes required by applicable UK consumer law.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:
• Check your bank or payment account again.
• Contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for the following:
• Items not in their original condition or packaging
• Used or damaged products not due to our error
• Returns requested after 30 days of delivery
• Items returned without prior authorization
For UK customers, this does not limit your statutory cancellation rights or your rights if the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for customers who wish to replace their product with another item of equal value. Exchanges follow the same eligibility conditions and return process described above. Please contact shop@idventureshop.com to initiate an exchange request.
