Order Processing and Delivery Schedule

Once you place an order through our website (https://idventure-puzzles.com), our fulfillment team begins preparing your order for shipment. To help you plan your purchase, please note the following schedule:

Transit Time: 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday)
Estimated Total Shipping Time (Handling + Transit): 4–9 business days (Monday–Friday)

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Confirmation

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:
